01 / WHO WE ARE

An independent review site, not the operator

Zoccer Field Notes is a research site about one brand. We are not Zoccer, we are not its operator, and we cannot open an account, speed up a withdrawal or read a support queue for you. What we can do is read the documents the brand publishes, check the public registers, and write down what the two do and do not support.

The site exists because most Australian coverage of Zoccer repeats the same three claims — a 750 AUD bonus, thousands of games, a licence — without naming the company behind the brand or the register that issued the licence. When we went to the live Terms on 27 October 2026, neither answer was there. That gap is now the spine of the review.

We publish one brand rather than a ranking of twenty. There is no leaderboard to shuffle, and no competitor page to keep above or below this one.

The review is written for Australian readers deciding whether to register, not for readers who have already decided. That is why the legal pages carry no registration button and no deposit prompt.

Operator documents come first

Terms v1.12, the promotion terms in the AUD setting, the Payments page with Australia selected, the Help Centre and the Responsible Gaming page.

Registers are searched by domain

The Curaçao CGA certificate, the MGA register, the Tobique list and fourteen registers through iGregulator, checked against zoccer domains rather than brand names.

Missing fields are reported as missing

An unnamed company, an absent licence clause and an unpublished processing window are written as results of a check, not smoothed into marketing copy.

Every fact carries a date

Checked on 27 October 2026. Published, updated and checked are three different fields, and we do not backdate any of them.

02 / WHAT WE CHECK

Nine checks behind every Zoccer page

Each check answers one question, and each answer is either verified, unconfirmed or absent in the source. We do not publish a claim that cannot be tied to a document, a register entry or a dated screenshot of the live site.

Where the operator's own pages contradict each other — the Terms quote withdrawal ceilings in EUR while the Australian payment page works in AUD, for example — we publish both figures and name the clause each one comes from.

All nine checks were run on 27 October 2026. A register result is recorded as it appeared on that date; it is not an opinion about the operator's conduct.

03 / HOW THE RATING WORKS

8.2 out of 10, and the checks that sit outside the score

Four criteria are scored on the ten-point scale used across this site: game selection, bonus terms, payments and mobile experience. Zoccer takes 9.0, 8.0, 8.0 and 8.5 respectively. The published overall score of 8.2 is a judgement across those four together with the transparency and player-protection checks, not a weighted average of them.

The two transparency checks are deliberately unscored. An unnamed operator and a licence that no register connects to the domain are reported next to the score rather than quietly deducted from it, because readers weigh those facts differently. One reader wants a 13,920-title catalogue and will accept an offshore paper trail; another will not register without a verified licence.

What would change the score: a confirmed operator entity and licence entry naming the domain, published withdrawal processing windows, or self-service deposit and loss limits. Each of those moves a product criterion or a transparency check, and each will be dated when it happens.

The same four criteria and the same overall score appear on the reviews page, where the individual findings are written out.

04 / WHAT WE DID NOT DO

The line between reading and testing

Access to the live site went through a proxy whose exit country was not known, and Australia was chosen manually in the country selector. That is a reading test, not an Australian geo-test, and we label it that way.

No account was opened. No deposit was made, no KYC documents were submitted, no withdrawal was requested and support was not contacted. Anything that depends on those steps — real processing times, actual conversion costs, how a complaint is handled in practice — stays unpublished here rather than borrowed from another affiliate page.

That is also why you will not find an "instant payout" claim on this site. The Payment page and Terms publish no processing window at all; the only fixed timeline in the documents is the roughly ten-day KYC review.

No account opened

Registration was read, not completed. Nothing here describes an Australian sign-up experience from the inside.

No deposit or withdrawal

Payment limits come from the published table in AUD. Actual cashout speed and conversion cost remain unknown to us.

No KYC submitted

The 30-day document window and the ten-day review estimate are quoted from §5.3, not measured.

No Australian geo-test

A proxy of unconfirmed origin does not prove what an Australian IP address sees.

05 / SOURCES AND DATES

What counts as evidence here

Sources are ranked before they are used. An operator document beats a regulator summary, a regulator summary beats a store listing, a store listing beats our own interface reading, and any of those beats a third-party review or forum post.

Third-party material is always attributed in the sentence that uses it. The Casino Guru Safety Index of 6.6, the count of 21 complaints and the "somewhat unfair" terms label are reported as Casino Guru findings dated July 2026. They are not treated as established facts about the operator, and they never become a licence or legality claim.

Dates follow one format — 27 October 2026 — and amounts carry a currency. Where a figure is an estimate from another source, the estimate says so.

Operator document

Terms and Conditions, bonus terms, payment page, Help Centre, Responsible Gaming page — read live and dated.

Regulator or state source

Curaçao CGA certificate, MGA register, Tobique licensee list, ACMA blocklist, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.

Store listing

App Store and Google Play searches, used only to establish that a native app was or was not found on the date checked.

Third-party record

Casino Guru, forum complaints, affiliate pages — labelled as claims, dated, and never used to fill a gap in a primary document.

06 / PARTNER LINKS

How this site is paid for

Some links to the operator are partner links. If you follow one and register, the site may receive a commission from the affiliate programme. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not change any figure, date or verdict in a review.

Advertisers cannot buy a score, a ranking position or the removal of a line about an unconfirmed licence. There is no ranking on this site to buy into: we cover one brand, and the review stands or falls on the documents.

Legal pages — this one, the Terms summary, the responsible gambling page and the privacy policy — carry no partner call to action at all. Where a commercial page includes one, it is marked as a partner link and opens in a new tab with a sponsored relationship noted in the markup.

WHAT A COMMISSION DOES NOT BUY
A better overall scoreNot for sale
Removal of an unconfirmed-licence noteNot for sale
An earlier publishing dateNot for sale
A registration CTA on legal pagesNever placed

The affiliate relationship does not extend to the operator's own decisions: we cannot influence account, KYC or withdrawal outcomes.

07 / CORRECTIONS

If something on this site is wrong

Casino terms change without notice. A clause can be rewritten, a limit lowered, a bonus withdrawn, a domain added to a register or removed from a blocklist. When that happens, the page is out of date the moment the document changes, and we would rather hear about it than not.

Send the page address, the sentence you are disputing, and a link or screenshot of the current source. A private message from an operator's support team is not treated as a source on its own — if the public document still says otherwise, the page keeps the published wording until it changes.

Confirmed corrections are applied to the paragraph and the checked date is moved to the day the new source was read. We do not silently swap numbers: a corrected figure keeps its new date and, where the change matters, the old figure is left in the text with an explanation.

Factual errors are corrected regardless of direction. A correction that helps the operator is treated the same as one that hurts it.

08 / QUESTIONS

About this site

Short answers about who writes here and how the checks are done.

No. This is an independent research site about the brand. It is not operated by Zoccer, cannot manage your account, and has no access to the operator's support, KYC or payment systems.

The live Terms and Conditions, version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026; the promotion page and bonus terms in the AUD setting; the Payments page with Australia selected; the Help Centre; and the Responsible Gaming page. All read on 27 October 2026.

No. That would require opening an account and moving money. The review describes published terms and dated interface checks, and says so wherever a real-money test would be needed to answer a question.

It does not. The site may earn a commission if you register through a partner link, but scores, ranking-free verdicts, dates and negative findings are editorial decisions. Legal pages carry no partner call to action.

Email [email protected] with the page address, the disputed sentence and a link to the current source. Confirmed corrections update the paragraph and the checked date within five working days.
REVIEWED & FACT-CHECKED

Daniel Crawford

I write about online casinos and sportsbooks from an Australian perspective. Before publishing anything, I read the operator's current Terms, check the licence records at the regulator, and open the payment page in the relevant currency setting. For Zoccer that meant going through Terms v1.12, the Curaçao CGA certificate, the MGA register and the ACMA blocklist — and taking screenshots of each one.

Where the sources disagree — and with Zoccer they do — I show both sides and let you decide.
